Consent to Contact

This page explains what you are agreeing to when you submit your contact information to Cuantico Inc. (“Cuantico,” “we,” or “us”) through any Cuantico-operated form, landing page, or point of contact. Please read it carefully.

By submitting your information through a Cuantico form, webpage, or other point of contact — or by checking a box referencing this page — you acknowledge, consent, and agree to the following:

1. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications from Cuantico electronically, including by email, SMS, MMS, and through our website.

2. Contact by Automated and AI-Powered Means

You provide express written consent for Cuantico, parties acting on behalf of Cuantico, and our authorized third parties to contact you about Cuantico's services, products, events, and related offers.

You understand and agree that such contact may be made through automated means, including but not limited to:

• Autodialed telephone calls
• Pre-recorded voice messages
• AI-generated voice messages and AI-powered conversational voice agents
• SMS and MMS text messages, including messages sent using automated systems
• AI-generated SMS and MMS messages and AI-powered conversational chat agents
• Email communications, including marketing emails

This consent applies to the telephone number, mobile device, and email address you provide, even if your telephone number is currently listed on any state, federal, local, or corporate Do Not Call registry. This consent also applies to any other telephone numbers Cuantico can reasonably associate with you through lawful means.

3. AI Interaction Disclosure

You understand and acknowledge that some or all communications you receive from Cuantico may be generated, delivered, or responded to by artificial intelligence systems, and you consent to interacting with AI-powered voice and text agents as part of these communications.

4. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to be contacted through automated or AI-powered means is not required in order to purchase goods or services from Cuantico. You may choose to speak with a representative directly by calling (855) 624-3824 or emailing info@cuantico.us.

5. Call Recording and Monitoring

Calls to and from Cuantico, whether handled by a human or by an AI agent, may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, and retained for quality assurance, training, service improvement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. SMS, chat, and email communications may be similarly logged and retained. By communicating with Cuantico, you consent to such recording, monitoring, and retention, unless you expressly inform a Cuantico representative at the outset of a voice communication that you do not consent to recording.

6. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Cuantico. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Cuantico is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

7. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive communications at any time:

• SMS and MMS: Reply STOP to any marketing text message. You may receive one final confirmation message.
• Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email privacy@cuantico.us with the subject line “Unsubscribe.”
• Telephone calls: Tell the Cuantico representative or AI agent that you wish to opt out, or email privacy@cuantico.us with the subject line “OPT-OUT” and include your full name, the telephone number(s) for which you are revoking consent, and the email address on file.

Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your opt-out request to be fully processed. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of transactional or service-related communications, such as responses to specific inquiries you have submitted or messages regarding an active engagement.

8. Accuracy of Contact Information

You represent and warrant that you are the owner or primary authorized user of the telephone number, email address, and other contact information you provide to Cuantico. You agree to notify Cuantico promptly if your contact information changes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuantico from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your provision of inaccurate or third-party contact information.

9. Governing Documents

Your submission of information to Cuantico and your receipt of communications from us are also governed by our Terms of Use, which includes a binding arbitration agreement, a class action waiver, and a waiver of jury trial, and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. You should review both documents before submitting your information.
